Monaco’s Energy Transition Pact
Monaco Asset Management signed the National Energy Transition Pact in 2019, supporting the Principality’s goal of carbon neutrality by 2030.
Our offices run entirely on renewable energy through the Société Monégasque d’Électricité et de Gaz, and recent insulation work has further cut the energy used for heating and cooling. We have eliminated single-use plastics – replacing bottles with water fountains and glassware – recycle all coffee capsules with Nespresso, and have reduced paper consumption by over 30%, switching to fully recycled paper.

Private equity and private debt, built for impact
We work with each client to identify the impact themes that matter most to them, then draw on a rich pipeline of private equity and private debt deals, each mapped to specific UN Sustainable Development Goals. Every opportunity passes strict due diligence and is backed by rigorous financial and impact reporting. Today, close to $70m is invested in pure impact strategies across funds and direct investments.
ReOcean Fund
Beyond client mandates, we co-founded the ReOcean Fund with the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation – a blue-economy fund classified SFDR Article 9, the EU’s highest sustainability designation.
ReOcean backs growth-stage companies tackling ocean pollution, sustainable blue food, green shipping, marine restoration, and ocean data – sectors with the widest funding gaps and greatest impact potential. Its governance sets it apart: a dedicated Impact Committee of marine scientists and sustainability experts can veto any investment that falls short of the fund’s impact criteria, with performance measured against science-based KPIs aligned with the Ocean Impact Navigator framework.

AMAF Professional Certification
All employees working as managers, sales staff, financial analysts, and traders hold the AMAF professional certification, covering both a technical component (waived for those already holding an equivalent foreign qualification) and a compliance component.
AMAF Confidentiality Certification
All staff, including interns, attend a dedicated seminar to obtain AMAF confidentiality certification.
Annual Anti-Money Laundering & Anti-Corruption Training
Each year, all employees attend a seminar on anti-money laundering and anti-corruption practices.
Monaco For Finance
MAM being AMAF certified, it actively participate in bringing together players in the Monegasque financial sector, promoting the specific features of the financial Centre and highlight its competitive advantages and the wealth of its services and activities through Monaco For Finance ecosystem.
Fondation Princesse Charlène de Monaco
Monaco Asset Management is a regular donor to the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation. Established in 2012, the Foundation works to save lives by teaching children and communities the basic rules of water safety, and uses sport more broadly as a tool to educate, build confidence, and improve the lives of young people around the world.

Monaco Méditerranée Foundation
Monaco Asset Management is a proud sponsor and donor of the Monaco Méditerranée Foundation (MMF). Founded in 2004 by Mr Enrico Braggiotti, the MMF holds a distinctive place in the Principality’s cultural and intellectual life, promoting Monaco through cultural, scientific, and artistic events. Renowned for the quality of its conferences, it has hosted over 160 – with close to 100 speakers – on the major issues of our time.

No Finish Line
Held under the High Patronage of His Serene Highness Sovereign Prince Albert II, the No Finish Line has run since 1999 on a simple principle: participants walk or run a circuit open around the clock for eight consecutive days, as often as they wish. For every kilometre covered, the association Children & Future donates one euro to projects supporting disadvantaged or sick children, improving their health, education, and living conditions worldwide.
Monaco Asset Management has taken part as a team every year since 2014. In 2018, we became an official sponsor, donating one euro for every kilometre covered by our team – which extends well beyond our own employees.

Indigo
Founded in 1993 at the Lenval Hospital in Nice by Dr Mireille Kreitmann, the Indigo association helps children living with serious illness develop their creativity through a wide range of activities, offering a different way to see – and live with – illness.
Every year since 2004, Monaco Asset Management hosts a dozen children from the Nice haemato-oncology department for a special day at the opening of the Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters. Over the years, a genuine bond has formed with players who take a moment courtside to offer warmth, kindness, and autographs.
